1,Screw feeder

The feeder is controlled by infinite variable speed motor, which is easy for adjustment. With large-scale stainless steel strengthening feeding conditioner and VVVF to ensure the high quality of feed pellet. According to different requirements of materials, coordinated with different conditioners. The feeder's especial structure makes materials conveyed evenly, it is specially designed for pellet of light substance with the density of 0.1-0.6g/ cm3; Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long service life;

2,It is  mounted in the middle transition section  of feeder discharging opening. The magnetic field intensity is more than 1800 GS.

3,Bloc press

Pellet dies must resist abrasion, corrosion from chemical exposure and breakage caused by the physical stresses of pellet formation. The optimum die combines high resistance to abrasion, breakage and corrosion with maximum productivity. Our expertise enables us to precisely match the die specification to your required formulation, even if it means customizing a die pattern to meet your exact needs. The alloy steel die is with international advanced equipment and technics, and has long service life, slippery pellet and high quality.

It makes gear directly-connecting as the driver, and is with quick-release die fixed by clamps, which can increase the output 15% more than the same type machine with belt-convey; The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported from Japan to ensure highly-efficient, stability, credibility;
